The food was good I still ate it. I got a grilled chicken sandwich, but the person who served me was so off putting and weird. Some attitude there for sure… 🤷🏽♂️ People make fun of me a lot for my looks so that could be it. My server was this small girl, straight black hair, looked Hispanic/Asian (not sure). Keep the workers straight Potbelly!!! I go to this spot in the city and I love this spot but waiting for my flight at delta I was appalled by the short girl’s look on her face.
At LGA, looking for something to eat and found this place. Decently priced subs (for at the airport). I got the sandwich called A Wreck, big size. This sandwich could feed a family of 4!! Very good!
I came here on a flight out, there was one AA girl working, alone and I wanted to keep her forever. She was the nicest, didn't complain about it being too early, made my food, with a smile, the sandwich, the cookies. I been to other locations in NYC and no one beats her customer service and food. Top tier service. I needed that, exchange.
