I had a wonderful experience at Potbelly Sandwich Shop today. The place was spotless, the service was quick, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. It’s always nice to visit a spot that’s clean, welcoming, and consistent. Highly recommend!
It's a great place to get a sandwitch and a cup of hot soup. Though it gets crowded. The ordering, assembling, and paying situation gets very hectic.
Pretty disappointed in the sandwich I got from here before going to a concert at MSG nearby. I got the Italian sandwich and it was mediocre, used to really like this sandwich from other potbelly so not sure why it just wasn't the same here. Won't be coming back again.
