Staff is attentive and concerned about the customer's orders. Although it is on a very busy corner in the center if Manhattan, the facilities are always maintained in good order. Always a good experience in this Pret. A relief from the chaos that can exhist in some of the surrounding shops.
I’m a regular customer and genuinely like this place, especially the savory food, which is why I kept coming back despite previous issues. On one occasion, I was sold a frozen blueberry muffin. I threw it away and chose not to complain because I wanted to give the place another chance. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was unacceptable. After ordering my usual and clearly giving the details, I didn’t hear the cashier when she asked if I wanted anything else. Instead of simply repeating
Awesome fresh food served daily. This one is just as good as any other. The staff is great. I loved my avocado and egg breakfast sandwich with my coffee. You can always depend on this place. I highly recommend it
