I’m not a huge fan of this type of food, but my family really enjoyed it. The soup was served at the perfect temperature, and they liked the pasta as well. I personally ordered a sandwich and didn't care for it—I’d prefer other options. The staff was attentive to my requests, and I didn't have any major issues.
An inviting atmosphere and a great place to eat with a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, desserts and drinks. Stanley, the manager, is very hospitable, polite, professional and helpful; him and the staff keep the whole place super tidy and running very efficiently!
Dear Management, I am writing to raise a concern regarding the customer service I received at Pret. When placing my order, I explicitly requested whole milk. However, I was served skim milk. When I politely asked for the order to be corrected, a staff member behind the counter began making disparaging remarks about me in Spanish.
