I'm sorry but the manager working here has such a nasty attitude. He's very mean with the baristas and customers. Has 0 respect for anyone and 0 customer service manager skills. I really love Pret and it's a great place for a quick bite. But count your days for this location cause with this manager, people will definitely stop coming including myself. We all have problems but please leave them at home and don't take it out on your baristas and customers. This needs to be further investigated.
Staff is rude and they never seem to have anything. And if you ask the staff for help, it won’t end well. Now, looking at other reviews, it’s disturbing the amount of people that have complained about the staff, and nothing has been done to fix it. What a disappointment from a major global conglomerate.
This Pret location always looks the same as the pics I shared below. They never have half sandwiches or a full stock of any sandwich for that matter. As you can see there is one of each of everything on the shelves leaving you with very minimal options. They are promoting the return of the Lobster roll but don’t have any today. What a surprise..
