I'll start off by saying that the food here is good. And this restaurant is also one of the MANY Latin restaurants that are on seemingly every other block in Washington Heights. So, if you don't end up eating here, I'm sure you'll be able to find another spot somewhere close and have food very comparable to what you'd find here. This Dominican eatery serves up some of the best dishes from the Dominican Republic. The bistec con cebolla is the best. I always eat on site since taking it Togo doesn’t taste the same IMO. As of July 2025, the food is relatively pricey, which will affect my ability to go back. In the food for good food then definitely recommend visiting.
I called to verify if my order would contain pork the person who answered the phone didn’t even bother of saying he doesn’t speak English and hang up on me. Called again said Spanish. As if I’m not welcome. Definitely not going to order from them ever again.
