The adeni chai pot is delicious and perfect to share with one or a few people. My friend and I shared a pot and it was easy to share with equal amounts for both of us. The space inside is large with lots of tables and outlets and free WiFi to work. I’ve also tried their pistachio latte which wasn’t my favorite. It was a bit too sweet and has some texture from the pistachios I didn’t love.
This cafe is located at a peaceful and posh neighborhood of Manhattan and they offer one of the best adeni chai (just like masala or karak chai that we have here in Pakistan). I also tried their honeycomb which is a good unique dessert (serving size is good too). Their pizza bites were not something special but the quality of Adeni Chai surpassed everything. This has got to be my new favorite coffee in the city. I’ve always been more of a green tea/hojicha type of gal for some caffeine but o never knew Yemenis coffee was this good! The Sanani coffee is a great option for those who like dark coffee and the signature Mofawar has an even better array of spices and is even good decaf.
