Came in to pick up an order about 20 minutes before closing and got the most pleasant greeting that I wasn’t expecting! I generally try not to order any food close to a business’s closing time because I know employees want to go home, but Dime (I hope I spelled it correctly) was there and greeted me with such a warm enthusiastic welcome that instantly brightened up my evening. On national burrito day 4/3/26, I stood in line and watched what seemed to be a new manager calling the shots. This woman was a little older with glasses. I’ve never seen someone treat their team how she treated them. There was a guy named Mike that was restocking things for the rush and this woman banged on the counter and screamed “Mike I said I want a whole pan of rice, not a half” then takes the rice out and give it back to him.
