I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Quality Chef. My order took over an hour, which is already unacceptable, but what made it worse was the lack of honesty and communication. When I called to follow up, I was told the driver would arrive in “2 minutes.” Twelve minutes later, no one had shown up. I called again, only to find out they had decided to cancel my order without even informing me — and by that time, my break was already over. Completely unprofessional service and a total wast
