I just wanted to share some honest feedback about the cake I ordered from Rainbow Bakery. Personally, I thought the design was nice, but some of the guests felt it looked a bit plain. The main issue was that the cake was quite dry and the taste wasn’t very enjoyable. I feel bad saying this... nobody wants to eat it.
I went here when it was new and didn't find a lot to choose from (maybe they ran out already that time of day). Popped in recently since was in the area and there were a lot more buns/baked items to choose from. Prices are lower than some bakeries. Mochi donuts are $3; buy 2 get 1 free. Steamed buns were ok: tried the pork and veggie; and combo bun - with added quail egg, piece of sausage and shrimp. Staff is helpful, and amiable. Have tables/stools so good for a quick bite.
