Very rude customer service. The girl that took our order was on Facetime the whole time and got our 2 orders incorrect. Went back the second time and told her that we weren’t satisfied and she told us otherwise. Went back a third time to same girl and she still didn’t fix the order. Waste of 2 sundaes, threw it out immediately. Not coming back to this location again. Staff should be more attentive and try to adjust to this service I would not even mind paying extra to get my order redone, just r
I wanted to tip the server, but when paying by card the machine didn’t provide an option to leave a tip. This feels inconsiderate toward your employees and raises concerns about company’s work culture. The service and product were both good, but I encourage you to be more considerate of your staff and make tipping accessible.
We are glad to have taken Manny (from 8 Bit Bite from across the road) recommendation to try Ralph’s. They have a huge selection to choose from. Service was good. We ordered the Black Raspberry and Coffee Bean Espresso Sundae. Both were delicious and not crystallised. However there is no seating so keep that in mind.
