Stopped in on a Sunday morning. No line. Service was friendly and quick. Ice was tasty and good for what it is. Insanely expensive though for what you get. Kiddie sized scoop which is a little larger than a shot glass for nearly $6. One and done.
Yesterday I went to this place to pick up my order for a cus named Elle S from Uber Eats. After arriving and waiting I noticed the guy didn't even bother preparing my order nor he didn't even care enough to work and just be lazy and lie saying the order is not ready yet and is being prepared. Even worse was he even laughed about it and decided to be lazy which is why I had to cancel the order. He should be fired and not even bother working here since he wants to act like a school bully basically
Yesterday evening I did not expect to wait so long in line, they should look after their employees more because there was only one girl and guy but the guy did not help at all. While we were waiting he left the line to go do something else. The girl was taking care of the line and online orders and I felt bad for her because the guy didn’t cooperate at all was also being rude to costumers. This place should really reconsider the people they hire.
