I had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Ramerino Italian Prime Restaurant. Everything was truly exceptional. We started with the steak tartare and it was delicious, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The cacio e pepe was fantastic, very authentic and beautifully balanced. Me and my boyfriend spent our anniversary there the other day, absolutely loved it! One of the best restaurants we have ever visited for sure. The food and service were over the moon great, the serving style and the flavors were absolutely unmatched. Very thankful for every second of this evening, the friendly, extremely professional and kind staff truly made this day magical and left us happy for a while after. We wanted an authentic Italian meal on our first trip to NY and made a reservation here. We had made a reservation but were easily able to get in earlier as they were not very busy on a Sunday. The service was excellent. The food was very good, though not the best Italian I've ever had. Portions were generous. Overall the menu was a bit overpriced, probably because the restaurant is in a hotel. It is not far from the Empire State Building and we had 9 PM reservations there. Overall a good exper
