Gets my delivery order wrong, missing the MOST EXPENSIVE AND BIGGEST item in the order. I call and the guy goes "Hello?" (which is English) and then goes "No English." and hangs up on me... Multiple times. I go to the restaurant, there seems to be an English speaking person working there. Instead of replacing the one item he missed, he re-makes the entire order. Found late night on grubhub in the mood for a chimi. Fries were perfect, chimi hit the spot , and the Dominican nachos with the chicarron were great too!
