The Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel is an incredible place to stay, especially if you want to be right in the heart of Times Square. My experience at the Renaissance Times Square, was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we checked in, until the second we checked out. When we arrived early, we were greeted so warmly by the women at the front desk. We laughed and joked with them, it was very welcoming. We valeted our luggage while we waited for the room to get ready. It literally only took about 30 mins for the room to be ready, we were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. My car was left double parked in the middle of Times Square while I waited for valet. Families were squeezing by with suitcases, and buses were driving uncomfortably close. When I asked for the car to be moved, I was told the doorman was nowhere to be found and that he had the keys. The bellman then told me I needed to “learn to relax” because I was too worried about my car getting damaged. That response alone set the tone for the entire stay. T
