Renee's kitchenette was the first filipino restaurant I ever had in New York and safe to say its pretty good. The spot is a small cozy restaurant that has that familiar cozy southeast asian warm. The food was also amazing. I had the dinuguan which was a filipino blood stew(kinda like Schwarzsauer) and the barbecue was really good. The service was a bit slow but then again it was christmas time so it makes sense. Overall must try and highly recommended.
🎶 there’s memories here that bring you back to queens regardless of the two trains & the bus it took to get here from the city. It’s a destination for any island boy. 🇵🇭 🥘 ⬆️ everything 👨🏽🍳 🌴 the vibe, including service, island time. Prepare yourselves accordingly 📝 It’s one of two consistently solid OG options on this bock, iykyk
