Tacos, tortas, and other Mexican specialties dished up in a casual, kid-friendly eatery.
From Google Maps reviews.
Typical Mexican restaurant in the hood. I was the only customer here. Not sure why but this place is never busy. My only complaint is that the margarita was served in a martini glass and I felt skipped out. Otherwise the food was fresh and good. Not amazing but not awful either.
Piña Agua Fresca delicious. And tortas for less than $10 that are tastey and clean to eat without soupy sauce. Clean bathroom, very nice people. Not more I could ask for on a hot day.
I stopped in for a quick drink on my way home to avoid the snow. Thinking this was still a local place, I was surprised when I was charged $14. for a Tequila Sunrise w/ well tequila. The 2 smelly guys at the bar (1 smelled like he hadn’t brushed his teeth in a month, wouldn’t stop bothering me) didn’t help. I left after 15 minutes. It was so much better when it was Blue Corn.
