Great stay at Park South Hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel offers great value overall. The service was fantastic throughout our stay. A special thank you to Chiffon at reception, who was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on where to watch the Knicks game! Chuck and Johnny, the doormen, were also so warm and helpful - they always greeted us with a smile and genuinely made our stay more enjoyable. We'd happily stay here again!
Great value for the price. What really stands out is the excellent service provided by the employees. Rooms are NY small, but clean and adequate. Public spaces were surprisingly comfortable and I really appreciated free coffee in their coffee shop. I'm so glad I ditched Marriott Bonvoy for Hyatt. Their properties are just so much more pleasant.
Had a wonderful stay with my son at The Park South Hotel! Our room was upgraded upon arrival and it was newly renovated, to my delight. It was one of the "townhouse" rooms, but it was more like a suite. New furniture, renovated bath with tub and shower. Really lovely appointments. The restaurant was beautiful and the staff couldn't have been nicer to us.
