Rosalia’s cafe is clean and well kept; and their artwork is minimal and beautiful. This cafe needs to work on adding moisture and seasoning to bring out the flavor within their food. My party ordered the broccoli omelette platter, pancakes, and an egg and cheese sandwich. The broccoli omelette was a bit firm and needed more moisture, salt, and herbs to bring out the flavor. Service was quick and efficient. The cappuccino was on point…I asked for some cinnamon on top. I ordered the veggie omelette with pepper jack cheese. The food was tasty. This is a place I will come back to for breakfast. They have tables inside and outside. They have street parking only. Came back to this place, and this time to try the French toast with scrambled eggs and well done bacon. Food was tasty and the bacon on point #crispy 🙌🏼
