I love this place! Hard to beat the atmosphere - kind of a dive but also with great food and cocktails, especially the vodka cocktails and infused vodka! The dumplings are delicious as well as the pickled mushrooms! Sometimes they have performers like this cat in the video I'm posting. Felt a little like we were in a karaoke room, guy had excellent energy! Bartenders are friendly and competent and not overly in your face or pretending to be interested in you. Exactly what I want in a bartender!
We went here after the show and had reservations, but when we arrived the place was empty. The bartender seated us and said she’d be back to take our drink order, but it took a while and we almost left. We’re glad we didn’t—shortly after, the restaurant filled up and the waitress really got on top of things. The food was awesome across the board. We would definitely go again.
One of those unique spaces that has been around forever. When it’s hot and bright out it’s cold and dark in the RVR. Special little place. Great character. The infusions are truly special.
