A great addition to Nostrand! Have been a few times and the staff were super friendly each visit. Food certainly didn’t disappoint either. So far the favorite is the chicken milanesa torta but they have a big menu with lots of options. It’s not fancy but hits the spot and is clean and quality.
I find Mexican food to be hit or miss in NYC, but I finally found a hit and this is it! The Burro Birria was amazing!! Plenty of meat with great flavor and guacamole, rice, and beans. I really enjoyed it and it hit the spot. The only downside is I didn’t get the consume in my pickup order, but it’s okay because everything else was amazing.
