Birthday dinner celebration — incredible service and ambiance. The background music was joyful and eclectic, and elevated the whole dining experience. Staff was welcoming, warm, attentive, and professional. We opted for the 7 course dinner and the regular pairing — all of the courses were elegantly crafted: favorites include the squid//fish con arroz, the lamb loin, and the only low light was the braised rabbit being under seasoned. Dinner at Saint Urban was an amazing experience from start to finish. I visited for the May menu with an old friend, and the evening could not have been more memorable. We opted for the 5-course tasting with reserve wine pairings, and every single course impressed in a different way. What stood out most was how intentional each dish in flavor, presentation, and texture. The scallops were genuinely the best I’ve ever had: perfectly cooked, delicate, and unforgettable. Pricey but we'll with it. The menu builds on itself. I had the 7 course menu with the standard wine pairing for my birthday. The staff were great. The food was delightful and I left full but not too much. The wines were divine. My birthday was in June so Spain was the theme. I'll be back in November with my significant other.
