Best pizza in Manhattan—no contest. The crust strikes that rare balance: perfectly crisp with just enough chew, and the cheese is exceptional—rich, flavorful, and clearly high quality. This place used to be quite a reliable option for pizza. Unfortunately, my experience has been very inconsistent. My most recent order was a 2 topping Large pizza for FOURTY DOLLARS and the crust was burnt. I've got a decade of pizza making experience and this was clearly a forgotten pie that lingered in the oven during their dinner rush. I completely understand. However, for the price, I expect incredible pizza. This didn't live up to the outsized price.
Food was pretty good. Way better than Gotham. Service was mid. Cashier could have been a bit more friendly. I was given a cloudy cup of warm water no ice. She seemed annoyed with the students. one of the children I was with heard her say the S word. Besides that hiccup I enjoyed the pizza. I definitely will return
