Got a lunch "special "white rice, red beans and stewed code fish (bacalao) cost $13.50 with a can of coke. First off, im a former executive chef, so I KNOW food. The rice was old, possibly from yesterday or a few services before, hard and crunchy. Fresh rice is hot and fluffy. The beans were also old and watery, definitely were "married" with other beans because it had red beans and pink beans in it, and wayyy to much garlic and cilantro. GREAT food, super staff. Chicken and ribs are full of flavor and meat falls off the bone. Clean spaces if you want to sit down and enjoy. Perfect out of the way spot for lunch or dinner.
