Authentic halal Bosnian food in Astoria. It's been a part of the neighborhood for many years. The restaurant is good size with several tables for indoor seating. There is nice authentic wall decor and feel to the space, making it seem casual and homely. We ordered the Spinach Burek, Chicken Kebab, and Mixed Meats. Food was delicious! The roasted red pepper side that comes with the entrees adds a lot of additinal flavor to the experience, we even asked for extras. Service was great and pricing w
When in Astoria you have to stop at the Legendary Sarajevo Grill. Its a hole in the wall place with a few ladies cooking up the traditional balkan foods. An incredible spot in Astoria near the Regal movie theatre and Museum of Moving Image! The food was absolutely delicious and affordable and the service was so friendly. I would 100% return.
