First time ordering from this location! I always loved the Queens Center Mall location but trying it in Bay Plaza Mall it thankfully tasted the same. I ordered through uber eats and best believe I ordered priority fee so I can get hot and fresh food! Thankfully I was the first order and it came hot! I ordered chicken teriyaki with white rice & veggies buy 1 get 1 free. I would have given it 5 stars but they barely gave any veggies and the second plate was doused in the sauce and I barely tasted
1st time eating at this location and it was definitely different in a good way. The young lady taking the order was funny and created a pleasant atmosphere. The service was fast and the food was good….no it was great compared to the other locations I ate at before. If you’re ever around this location stop in, I know I will be coming back.
I appreciate how good and fresh the food is. Also, one of the workers Ms. Monei provides the best customer service! She knows and greets each of the customers by name plus she knows what we all like! It truly makes me feel special and one of a kind. She is hard working, enthusiastic and attentive to every persons needs. Her positivity is always uplifts me once I walk through the door! Thats why I return back at least once a week!
