Seba Seba is one of those true Colombian gems on Northern Boulevard. They serve a full Colombian breakfast that’s made fresh to order, and you can really taste the difference. Everything comes out hot, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned just like a real homemade meal. I enjoyed my breakfast in a nice environment with cute fall decor and quiet music playing in the background :) The pan con queso tasted fresh and the hot coffee was pretty good. Empanadas (unpictured) had a good meat to potato ratio and were delicious with the spicy and ketchup mayo sauce.
