Amazing experience! The fish quality was amazing for the price. It’s a very unassuming place but once you walk up the stairs and into the restaurant, it’s really chill and quiet, away from the busyness of Herald Square. I got the Hokkaido set for $48, which comes with 10 nigiri, 2 handrolls, and 1 rice bowl. Extremely cheap for the price and paced out nicely. Highly recommend and I will try to be back here in the future
visited for my birthday and had such a great experience. We arrived around 5 PM, and there were already about 30 people waiting ahead of us. Once they opened, we were able to get on the waitlist, and they told us the wait would be around 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. I’ve waited so long to try sendo yet always see that it’s very busy and I finally was able to get the chance to eat there yesterday! The quality of fish is so good. The chef is super knowledgeable of what he’s giving us while also being very sweet and efficient. The hostess were both so nice and also very pretty 💕. Both hostess checked up on us a good amount of times and nothing felt short. I would definitely come again. This has to be one of the most affordable yet best Omakase/à la carte menu
