Magnifico! We had a tremendously great evening at Sfoglia, our first time in this Upper East Side Italian upscale restaurant. The food is spectacular. We had the Caesar salad, which is very tastefully presented with romaine and anchovy. Our main meals were the pappardelle alla Bolognese, which combines a rich and flavorful sauce with a delicately thin pasta, and spaghetti and ramps with egg yolk, likewise very tasty!
