Delicious! A restaurant that’s really worth visiting — the broth is flavorful, the service is great, and the meat is exceptionally good. Everything is fresh, tender, and perfect for a comforting meal.
It was an amazing Shabushabu experience, we got The Premium Course ($178 per person), where the meal was mostly served with A5 Miyazaki Wagyu. Attentive service where the staff explained which sauce to pair with the meat. I never thought you could dip your meat into different combinations of sauces. The best pairing was the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu with Karajiru and Nori paste. Overall, a very cozy and delicious meal.
18 courses - interesting experience as it feels like you are eating hot pot but in a more fancy way hahaa - perfect for the rainy/cold days. The meat truly melts in your mouth. They serve wagyu and pork belly. The only thing I didn’t like was the chicken rice (it’s quite dry and also not warm). Overall interesting experience. Pricing is quite high for the value imo.
