Nearly missed my train by 48 seconds… I don’t understand how it takes 30 mins to make bacon cheese fries and a berry lemonade… I couldn’t get an answer as to why everyone else who ordered after me got their order faster than I stood in line. My husband and I stopped by for a quick meal, we weren’t expecting anything special but surprisingly the food was pretty good. However the service was outstanding, the young lady that served us was extra lovely, I couldn’t carry all of my food to our table so she offered to help me. I found out her name is China. So China if you read this, you should be proud, you’re a beautiful person. Thank you for making our Shake Shack experience even better 🦋
I went in to Grand Central Terminal one day to find a place to eat lunch. There are manny choices on the lower level. I finally decided to eat at Shake Shack. It is a very busy place at lunch. You can order on one of the tablets or directly from a register. They call your name when the order s ready to pick up. My order took over 10 minutes. Then it was tough to find a nice place to sit and eat. That took another 5 minutes. Today I just had a basic burger. It was juicy and most delicious.
