I don’t know how Shake Shack found them but the three ladies I’ve interacted with in my visit today and my last are fabulous. I’ve never felt so cared for at any other shake shack or fast food anywhere. I go to frequent Shakes Shacks, Chipotles, Chic-fil-a etc - anywhere that serves CokeZero. The ladies here that I interacted with are top of the line. A shout out to the team for taking pride in their jobs. They make this Central Harlem Shake Shack an oasis in the city. I might have gone too far for a dinner for one, and I might have spent the whole night and next morning bloated and feeling sick. But at the moment, it was totally worth it! Sure, they say it’s the healthiest of fast foods, but it’s also greasy as hell, so beware. The key lime pie shake is the best! It should remain on the menu forever! The Hispanic staff were so attentive, the others not as much.
I ordered a double SmokeShack, a chicken sandwich, and 6 pieces of chicken bites. The burger was good as usual. However, the chicken items were dry. The chicken bites were soft but very dry inside. The chicken in my sandwich was even worse, it was not only dry, but also VERY SALTY! I also don’t understand why I still have to wait even though I preordered online. That’s very annoying.
