Great food and great service. This is one of my favorite Shake Shack locations. The employees are also great and very helpful. I’d implore for patrons to use the app, as there are many deals available! The strawberry lemonade is delicious!!!! Smokeshack is still as good as I remembered it to be. The cheese fries were hot, fresh and delicious. The milkshake was just as delicious as it would be on any given other day. 5/5!!!
It was disgusting and I'm not even trying to exaggerate I ordered late after work 3/12/26 11:56 pm-12:17 am the chicken sandwich literally fell apart the bread was soggy the skin of the chicken or breading just fell off and the whole sandwich had no flavor. The meat on my burger was pink the Korean bbq sauce tasted burnt. My fries were literally little crunches I had about 4 whole fries and they were cold. The ginger ale was amazing tho. Never again.
I wanted to try shack shack for a while .and got the opportunity one night after coming back from a day trip with my wife. We were hungry and got off on the Nostrand ave A train. We were excited about the prospect of fast service and good food. We were wrong on both accounts. We walked up to the counter and ordered burgers and fries 🍟 the basic.
