This Shake Shack is conveniently located inside Penn Station, perfect for grabbing a bite before or after a train ride. I was returning to Penn via Amtrak, so I stopped by for some fries before heading home. Ordering on the tablets was easy and my fries were ready within a couple of minutes. Almost $5 feels overpriced for basic fries, but I guess they’re NY prices. It’s not a large space and can get pretty busy, but people don’t seem to stay for too long. This Shake Shack never fails to impress. The ShackBurger is consistently crafted to perfection. The fries are crispy, the shakes are incredible, and the service is always energetic and attentive. This is what a burger joint should be like. I’ll definitely be returning. I give the staff a huge 20 stars for managing the daily crowds! Thank you, team, for always being so kind and helpful. Shout out to the management for keeping things great!
