We came to Shogun Omakase to celebrate my birthday. It’s not our first time having Omakase but this was certainly the best experience. Chef Nick took such amazing care of us with a carefully curated menu to suit our preferences and explained not only the source of the fish but also some of the tweaks he made to bring out the flavor profiles of each piece. Some pieces just melt in your mouth and all the flavors are very well balanced. I wish I had more pictures to share but we were so immersed in
Absolutely incredible omakase experience. Every course was beautifully presented and incredibly fresh, with attention to detail in every bite. The chef created a perfect balance of flavors, textures, and seasonal ingredients, making the entire meal feel like an art form. The atmosphere was intimate, elegant, and relaxing, and the staff made the experience feel warm and personalized from beginning to end. I especially loved how each dish was explained with care, which made the dinner even more e
They have omakase for lunch! Tried the 14 course and thought the flavors and quality of fish was excellent! Dessert was a matcha tiramisu. Starter was an oyster with salmon roe and a yuzu foam that was excellent. Rice was good...fish was room temp as it should be. Will definitely try the wagyu addition next time and try dinner.
