Enjoyed this spot. The hot pot was good and there were a lot of options to choose from. Everything came out fresh and the broth had really nice flavor without being too heavy. The portions were solid and it was easy to share a few different things around the table. I liked that they give you aprons so you don’t have to worry about getting your clothes messy, which was actually really thoughtful and useful during the meal. There’s a lot to love about this place, though the price-to-value ratio is worth mentioning upfront. This is my new favorite hot pot restaurant. Great value! As usual, I skipped the expensive wagyu beef and tried the lower priced ones to see if I could be happy. The Kobe is great! Tender and flavorful and only $15.99 for a big plate of it. I was so full! The lamb was good too. The crown daisies (my hot pot veggie of choice) were ok, not super fresh. Broth is spicier than usual. The waitress explained that this is a real Chongqing place, so the spice level is gonna be high. Therefore, I ordered
