Sidley is an extraordinarily large firm which deals with some of the most complex legal matters in the world of commerce. I recently worked with them on such a complex matter and found their lawyers to be lacking the relevant information / background, and learning on the job from our exercise. This I was able to accept. I was and remain furious however given their insistence on processes and clauses in our contract which were useless and at best a waste of time. I am sure some of their lawyers
Catering events is nice. I am the Bartender n it's a little boring cause it's a law firm but nice people are in charge
Excellent firm. I appreciate their inclusion of employees family members in various activities / events over the course of the year.
