A beautifully curated listening bar with a distinct sense of style. I love that they host live DJs on select days and hours, it adds such an effortless energy to the space. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious, with no one hovering over you, which makes it easy to truly unwind. I visited “Silence Please” today, and I have to say it’s a really unique spot in New York City. It’s tucked away on the second floor, and they have this amazing vinyl collection paired with a sound system like I’ve never experienced before. The sound was fantastic! They also offer a great coffee selection, and they’ve got matcha options too—including things to make your own matcha. Nice and peaceful if you’re planning to go off-peak hours. Great matcha, quiet and chill vibes. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking to chill out for a little while or get some reading or journaling in.
