A low-key café in Chinatown. I grabbed an espresso macchiato for a quick caffeine boost, but the real standout was the tea selection. We shared a pot brewed with dates, longan, and goji berries - it was soothing, naturally sweet, and incredibly satisfying. The space is simple and spacious with plenty of tables and a bit of retro charm. A great place to work and unwind.
I've always passed by this spot but never went in until recently. The ambiance is cozy and insulated from the street noise and the drinks are very reasonably priced. Best of all, the staff is very friendly and down to earth -- especially the sweet Cantonese lady that made our tea.
This is a very interesting cafe, that has a general seating area next to the coffee bar and gaming towards the back of the building. A pleasant selection of specialty teas and coffees and side dishes. Their coffee with foam milk and a sugar substitute — out-of-this-world! Located on the ever popular Mott Street venue, it’s a great spot for Asian students to come to, to get their homework assignments done. Definitely recommended.
