Came here Saturday around 3/4 pm and despite its a small place, there’s enough room to seat. We ordered the shrimp and pork dumplings and the beef noodle soup. The dumplings was delicious, but the noodle soup had too much fat at the meat and not too much flavor.
Delicious food and very fresh! I ordered pork shrimp chive dumplings and sautéed beef with dry noodles. The beef noodles were so spicy even though I ordered medium. I love the cilantro and bok choy. There was a generous portion of beef on top, which I appreciate the amount of protein. The dumplings were incredibly juicy and flavorful!! Excellent food. Highly recommended.
Silky offers authentic Chinese dishes in midtown. The food was delicious but can be more spicy than anticipated so order accordingly. It gets busy during lunch but didn't have to wait too long. Would recommend ordering ahead of time to skip the line. The prices are standard ($16-$20) with recent price increases everywhere. Would come again to try the rest of the menu.
