The first time I had Smashburger was at the Downtown Brooklyn location sometime last year, and I was disappointed when it closed. After working some overtime engaging with the unhoused community, I happened to spot another Smashburger and decided to stop in. I noticed Smashburger recently went through a rebranding, so I decided to give it another shot. We had some not-so-great experiences at this location years ago, which kept us from coming back—but after seeing the updated menu featured by YouTuber King Schratz, we figured it was worth trying again. The place was spotless and fresh, and Alan gave us amazing service. Totally recommend it! We absolutely loved this place! The hot dogs were delicious, and the fries were super tasty too. We were so happy they gave us mayonnaise — such a nice touch!
