We had a delicious brunch by the window at our favorite katsu curry restaurant. The brunch menu was a very nice surprise with different dishes like a creamy spicy roe udon and omurice! All very tasty with an iced matcha latte.
I dined here on Sunday morning. We were the first group of guests so it was all quiet and peaceful. Cute decor and music. All the food tasted great. Maybe it's just our selection but the seasoning appeared to be all similar, something like otafuku sauce & mayo. Regardless it was a good brunch!
Soboku is a clean, cozy little spot in Carroll Gardens that makes a great first impression. We came right at opening and were lucky enough to grab a window seat, making for a relaxed brunch. I also loved the menu with its pictures and illustrations—a thoughtful touch that made ordering more fun.
