What an incredible dining experience! From the moment we sat down, everything about this restaurant felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated. We had a great meal at Soledad last night. We had a reservation for four, and were seated promptly at wonderful table at the front windows. Rafael took great care of us, considering he was also tending to a rather large group sitting on the other side of the door. Modelos were fresh. Drinks and cocktails were delicious, but took a while to make their way from the bar. We had the Carnitas Sushi to start. Then the ladies both got the Loma Saltido, while I had the Carne Asasa, and my friend ordered
I don't have enough good things to say about this place. I've been coming since they opened. They have a wonderful menu with a new age mexican feel. Food is excellent, as are the drinks, but what truly sets this place apart is it's wonderful staff. They are all kind, courteous and thoughtful. Soledad has a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere and I will continue to recommend it to anyone interested.
