Nestled in the heart of Queens, New York, lies Spa Castle. Spa Castle is an all-season spa facility, meaning they are open seven days a week, including holidays. Disappointing experience. We would’ve rather spent just a bit more at Bath House or Aire instead. They have amazing facilities like many dry and sauna rooms, hot/super hot pools, several cold plunges, and little details that I appreciate; such as salt scrub station, unlimited towel use, a spinner machine to dry your swimwear, private changing rooms and showers, bath products for females, and etc. Spa Castle is a joke. We came here for a friend’s birthday! I really enjoyed myself! I heard these “spa’s were dirty & over crowded”. I felt it was clean & we even saw them checking the water while we were in one of the outdoor jacuzzis. I do wonder how it would be when the weather gets warmer. I could see how it could easily get over crowded. There were a few food options which was nice, they had a little of everything. I don’t think the prices were bad either.
