Chinese cafe serving Henan fare (hand-pulled noodles, pork pancakes & spicy chicken) in simple digs.
From Google Maps reviews.
Been wanting to come here for years and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious and surprisingly cheap. I had the beef pancake and spicy chicken huimei (dry hand-pulled noodle). The staff were very nice and accommodating too. Highly recommend.
Food was delectable, vibes were cozy and quiet, and the service was great. We got the soup beef brisket hui mei and pork soup dumplings. Flavors and textures were perfect 💯💯. Their chili oil is fire too 😛Both dishes and 2 drinks were about 29$ without tip. Highly recommend eating here 🤸🏻♀️
I finally tried Spicy Village after spending loads of time in the area. I've been thinking about it ever since. The food lives up to the name - very well spiced. I got the vegetarian dry noodle (fully vegan), and I was blown away, and the portions are huge! You will wait a long time for your food if you order takeout at peak times, but it is worth it.
