Their customer service is conditional, they do not listen to understand they hang up the phone in your face they pick and choose when your address is close enough to deliver to. I've had multiple bad experiences with this store and gave multiple chances before writing this review it's not good customer service and to make matters worse they harass you for a tip and their attitude depends on whether or not you give and how much regardless of whatever financial circumstances bars u from tipping pe
My fave! I am a Chinese food connoisseur. Their food is fresh and delicious. When my friends come to visit me they always request we order from here. I’ve tried other places in the neighborhood and nobody surpasses them.
Delivery drive shows up with food that is not mine. Told him not mine. He got very nasty with me, started kicking my gate and tried to hit me. Went there in person and the woman says oh he's new. The guy shows up and thinks is funny. I got it all on camera. Never ordering again. Very rude, disrespectful and they want to fight you. He screw up. Carrying around old delivery receipts with customers information. Horrible! Lost my business.
