I’ve had a positive experience at other Springbone kitchen locations before, and the idea is great, but I paid $3 to add chicken breast and got maybe a spoonful? The tables were also sticky, with trash on the tables and floor. I also ordered a golden milk smoothie which was unavailable because they didn’t have any milk.
Stopped in after touring the Empire State Building before walking towards Harry Potter shop (basically around the corner). Really cozy food for a cold day PLUS fresh, tasty, and gluten free.
Honestly, the food wasn’t great. It lacked flavor and seasoning. Healthy bowls can still have a burst of flavor, but this one had too much vinegar for my liking. The salmon was the best thing on my plate. I ordered a rice bowl with broccoli, chicken breast, salmon, hummus, guacamole, and sauce. Despite building my own bowl, I just couldn’t bring myself to finish it. The service was great, though I even got a small cup of bone broth with vitamins, which was nice, but I wouldn’t get it again.
