Just checked out following a business trip. Out of all the hotels in NY, I found my new go to. Reasons: 1. The service: super friendly staff. Everyone says hello to you and tries to help. Other hotels in NY (including other Marriott locations) the staff act like you’re inconveniencing them when you ask them a question. Have stayed in this hotel in May 2022 It is more of a budget hotel, but the location is great. Room was clean, small but for NYC standards ok. Bathroom was clean and new as well. Fresh towels every day. Unfortunately not that much storage. Breakfast was extremly bad. We would have expected at least some fresh bread. Everything was prepackaged.
