This is literally the only legit coffee spot on 8th Ave or nearby and while it’s a shame they do not have any seating, I still highly recommend it. Not many places in the U.S. sell coconut latte, but they do and it’s not powder! It’s a tiny but popular coffee spot even if it’s on the pricier side. What makes them stand out is their service. Amazing coffee, got the brown sugar Espresso latte ice and hot. Phenomenal.
Had the flat white, service was great but the flat white did not taste strong at all it was mostly milk, I could taste the coffee quality but the milk overpowered it
