This is an excellent business hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a pleasant view. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The fitness center was well-equipped and impressive, although the hotel does not have a pool. Its location is very convenient, with Times Square just around the corner and plenty of restaurants, shops, and subway access within walking distance. The rooms size is standard. The bed makes up for everything. There is no mini fridge or microwave, this would give it a modern touch but they must have a reason why they don't have these amenities. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk to the ancillary staff pleasant and efficient. Ask the guys who help with the luggae as soon as you enter, about local places to visit, they are literal maps of this city, grateful they are willing to share information.
